Taylor Glenn is an American comedienne, writer and actress based in the UK.
Having regularly performed improv and sketch comedy at Gotham City Improv in New York City, Taylor now performs stand up comedy throughout the UK, as well as writing for radio and the stage. She also heads up the Cardiff-based sketch comedy group Token Yank (www.tokenyank.co.uk) and has performed regularly with Slow Genius Improv Comedy (www.slowgenius.co.uk), both of which made their successful Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2009.
Taylor recently won the WUSA stand up award for the Cardiff Comedy Festival in 2010, as well as making the quarter-finals of the Laughing Horse New Act competition in London. She has written for BBC Radio Wales’ What’s the Story as well as appearing as a guest panellist and her writing was shortlisted for BBC Radio 4’s Recorded for Training Purposes.
Taylor is currently working on a TV sketch comedy pilot with Goldrush Productions, as well as a multimedia project with Perfect Motion Pictures.
